Gerard Butler is reportedly in discussions to take on the lead role in Empire State, a gripping new thriller directed by Christian Gudegast, the mastermind behind “Den of Thieves.
According to Deadline, Butler is being considered for the pivotal role in Empire State, generating buzz ahead of its presentation at the Cannes Film Market later this month.
