The 55-year-old actor, who was in Atlanta filming his new movie Back in Action, was not on set when the incident occurred and was not transported to the hospital by emergency vehicle. According to sources, Foxx’s health is steadily improving, but medical professionals are still trying to determine the cause of the complication.

“They are running tests and still trying to figure out what exactly happened,” a source told CNN of Foxx’s health scare, which occurred Tuesday.
